Paddy Walsh All-Ireland runner up in Over 70's final on Saturday
No joy
for Paddy Walsh
Legendary Sligo handball star Paddy
Walsh seeking his 29th All-Ireland handball title faltered in
Tuamgraney Clare on Saturday. His
opponent Cork’s Pat O’Brien took an early grip on proceedings and Walsh
struggled to remain in contention. The Corkonian eventually taking the title by
21-11, 21-11 in both games. Walsh will now turn his thoughts to the 60 x 30
campaign and will be hopeful of taking that elusive 29th title back
to Sligo in the summer.
